Name: What's your wolf's name?
Alias: Any Nicknames?
Gender: Male or Female?
Age: How old is your wolf? (use Moons, 1 moon=1 month)
Personality: What's your wolf act like? At least 5 sentences or your app will be declined.
Likes: At least 3 interests, things your wolf likes to do, or generally enjoys.
Dislikes: At least 3 things your wolf dislikes.
Fears: What is your wolf afraid of? It should have at least one, if not more.

Appearence
Size: Usually, a wolf is a foot longer than it is tall at the shoulder, unless it is particularly short or tall.
